Auction Mastery
Ray White Auction Master is the perfect training session to brush up your auction process skills. These sessions are designed to embed the Ray White auction philosophy of Competition Creation™ in all our members to ensure they can obtain a premium result for their customers. The skills taught will ensure that our agents become the best auction agent within their market giving them a great opportunity to generate more business.
Compass
Ray White Compass is an initiative available through each state aiming to support the growth of sales teams and effective business units. The program is designed to create a platform which provides lead agents with the tools and skills they need to manage their teams effectively, whilst also providing practical skill sets and training to the new agents and associates.
By its conclusion, each agent will have accountability structures in place and tangible results of progress that will increase your team's capacity to generate more income and better service your listings.
Emerge
Our Emerge program is for agents averaging 10 to 30 sales per year, to advance on skills learned in Compass to support an agent who’s now becoming self-sufficient. We combine the core skill sets of listing, selling and negotiating - taking agents on their path through to Premier and Elite level agents.
These skills are taught through a combination of face to face and online mediums, as well as through our mobile-first learning platform (EdApp) for on-demand training.
Pathways
Our Pathways program is for experienced agents looking to grow and take their business to the next level (Premier recognition minimum requirement for entry).
The program is our pinnacle Elite and Chairman’s Elite development program. It’s accessed via submission to the state corporate team and each intake comprises a select group of high achievers who go on a six month journey. Each intake works through a bespoke program with guidance from our specialist business divisions, with each participant individually accountable to the performance team.
The outcomes from previous participants have been staggering with a minimum average 74 per cent year on year GCI improvements.
Leadership forum
This program focuses on the foundations of real estate leadership and business ownership. For business owners, sales managers and team leaders, this iteration of Ray White’s leadership academy is a regular workshop where we’ll be collaborating with the best leaders within the network.
