Ray White commenced in 1902 and the business has grown significantly to be the largest real estate company in Australasia, still proudly as a fourth-generation family owned and led company. Ray White commenced in South Australia and Northern Territory during the early 90s and quickly grew to be the market leader with a strong focus on customer service and creating competition to achieve premium results for our clients. Ray White now sells one in six homes across SA and NT, servicing most areas of the state and territory, with these numbers continuing to grow, consistent with the ambition of the group. The scale of Ray White gives our network access to exclusive technology, marketing, training and corporate support for the benefit of our clients and provides a significant advantage over our competitors.
State-Based Training Programs and Events
We are proud to present the most complete training and events program within the real estate industry. Our structured calendar is more dynamic than ever, with more courses, content and trainers than we’ve had in previous years. In South Australia, we regularly host in-person training sessions including quarterly principal, sales and property management meetings, administrative training and structured sales training for every stage of your career. Our events consist of six monthly awards, annual awards, high-achievers events and Leading Ladies events. Our goal is to present programs that will cater for every role within a real estate office, as well as to ensure that this content accommodates varying levels of skill and experience. It is our ambition that Ray White members use these development opportunities to provide the best possible service and experience to their customers. Auctions in South Australia
Auctions have become increasingly popular in South Australia and Ray White has always been at the forefront of any growth in the method throughout the state. Auctions make up anywhere between 20 and 50 percent of listings throughout SA and Ray White has a consistent market share of above 35 percent, meaning we call more than one in three auctions throughout Adelaide and surrounding suburbs. The group have an unwavering belief in the method and we believe it is the cornerstone of the success of the brand, not only throughout SA but the whole of the country.
