With over a decade in the industry including working in real estate sales; state and national corporate teams, Bianca Denham has been with the Ray White Group from the 'ground up'. Her passion for the craft of being a great real estate practitioner has seen her develop countless high performing agents throughout the network. She also displays great depth of understanding for the inner workings of the real estate agency business and it's complexity. Bianca has worked with many of our business leaders around improving their structures for growth and recruitment. Bianca heads up the national performance team with a special focus on recognition and development programmes for our Elite and Chairman's Elite agents and business leaders.
