Born and raised in Adelaide, my father ran his own property valuation business, so real estate has always been close to home. My business background commenced in the fitness industry at 19 years of age, and at 22, I purchased a gym franchise where I grew it from 13 to 65 franchises across Australia, making the BRW Fast Franchise list four years in a row. After selling this business, I joined the Ray White family in April 2016 as a BDE, moving into the State CEO role six months later. My role is to assist principals with their businesses as well as our overall network with their real estate careers. Attracting the best talent to the group is also a primary role of mine, which is essential to the continued growth of our market-leading position.
