There are three tiers of recognition - Premier, Alan White Elite and Chairman’s Elite. These apply across sales, property management and business ownership, and reflect performance within the markets to maintain competition. We also have a Tony Fountain Club Membership for excellence in auctions. Recognition is based on performance across the financial year, and qualifiers are entitled to exclusive marketing collateral, invited to the annual conference, and are recognised in awards ceremonies at the end of each year.
