Josh Tesolin has taken the real estate world by storm. At only 28 years old, he is on track for another stellar year with the Ray White Group.
The young gun started in real estate in 2013, after he finished school in 2012.
“I got knocked back by 15 offices when I was getting started and my mum kept applying for me and I ended up in leasing and then became a sales agent. This is my fourth year with the Ray White group and the best is yet to come,” said the 28 year old.
“I grew up in the Sutherland Shire and ended up in Quakers Hill where we did 632 sales last year, and I personally sold 318 and I am now the highest volume agent in the country,” he said.
“The RateMyAgent awards are important to me as they come from my sellers. I communicate seven days a week with my sellers. One common mistake is agents don’t speak to both sellers enough,” he said.
“I have open homes every single day. I text, email or call my sellers every single day. It’s like a religious thing for me. I am in touch every single day. We are here to sell homes. I fight for every single listing and there is definitely no finish line.”
Ray White Quakers Hill, in its fourth year has expanded to 48 staff across sales, property management and administration, beat all the competition and took out the top gong for Australia at last night’s RateMyAgent awards. The office sold a whopping 632 properties last year.
“These awards means a lot because it’s from our clients’ feedback. It’s our customers’ experiences and they are sharing how happy they were with the sale of their home,” Mr Tesolin said.
The award winning Quakers Hill principal has an unrivalled work ethic and is driven by his commitment to each one of his clients.
“I work seven days a week, 18 hours a day and I've got a fantastic team there supporting me as I’m negotiating, prospecting and selling. I also have an amazing team of salespeople, property managers and admins who go above and beyond for our clients every day,” Mr Tesolin said.
“The Ray White network has got a fantastic family name and 122 years of a great reputation.”
Now in its ninth year, the RateMyAgent awards winners are determined based on verified customer reviews provided on the RateMyAgent website, rather than by industry peers.
The 9th Annual RateMyAgent Awards ceremony was held last night at Crown Melbourne.
“Our winners embody what exceptional client service should look like in the real estate industry,” said RateMyAgent CEO, Michael Davey.
“Nominees and winners of the RateMyAgent Awards are selected based on verified, performance-based reviews, helping them stand out from their peers and become steadfast in a challenging market. Over nine out of 10 people in the world read online reviews, and we know they play a massive role in clients selecting which agents to work with.”
Congratulations to all other Ray White Group members across the country on their individual suburb level awards.
