After joining the Ray White family in their Concierge business, Tiera developed a passion for building relationships with agents and offices throughout the network. Moving into the Network Specialist - Recruitment and Recognition role with the Queensland corporate team, Tiera is responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent to join the Ray White Queensland family whilst also recognising the accomplishments of our high performing leaders, property managers and salespeople.
