Yes, one single dollar.

22 Charming Street, Hampton East was the home built by Eliza and Liberty on the show; a luxuriously appointed family home on one of the largest blocks of approximately 632sqm.

The seller is Adrian Portelli, who made a splash when he bought three of the five homes at The Block auction day last year.

Mr Portelli is a successful entrepreneur, best known for founding LMCT+, an online rewards club and shopping tool.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom home is a breathtaking mid-century transformation and made it highly regarded by fans of The Block.

Mr Portelli has appointed Ray White Sunbury principals Aaron Hill and Marin Durkovic to take the house to auction on Sunday 21 April.

“Adrian raffled his houses and the winners of this raffle chose to take the $2 million cash instead of the house, which is why we have been appointed to auction this stunning home,” Aaron Hill said.

“He has set the reserve at $1, which means that whoever puts the best price forward on the day, will own this house.”

Marin Durkovic said that they have had over 400 groups come through to view the home since it launched last week.

“The majority of buyers are local, but we have also seen some investor interest as well.”

“There are also a few people looking for a bargain; anyone can be the winning bidder!” he said.
