Just a one-hour drive from Brisbane and only 20 minutes from Mooloolaba's famous beaches and restaurants, this premier residence at 25 Glenn Vista Place, Chevallum offers unmatched luxury and convenience.

Mr Higgins said the five bedroom property was set on 4ha of absolute privacy, and stands as a testament to unparalleled luxury and world-class building excellence.

The palatial property was crowned the Master Builders Sunshine Coast House of the Year in 2012 for its remarkable design and superior craftsmanship.

Commissioned by commercial builders, the construction of Immanuel Estate spanned two years, resulting in a grand residence that transforms dreams into reality for owners Heleen & Nick Van Der Merwe.

The main house is a magnificent structure, divided into two wings with numerous entertaining and living areas in between.

The east wing houses the opulent executive suite, complete with a private living room, a stone fireplace, a vast walk-in robe, a grand bathroom, and an outdoor terrace with a sunken bath.

Immanuel Estate's interiors boast extraordinary features sourced from around the globe. Handmade flagstone floors from Italy, custom ceiling roses from the US, French chandeliers, and Portuguese fireplaces all contribute to its unique charm.

A local painter was sent to Sydney for two weeks and commissioned to hand-paint the walls with a unique two brush technique, ensuring every detail was meticulously curated.

The expansive garden, designed and planted by Heleen Van Der Merwe, is an oasis of tranquillity with meticulously planned landscapes and lighting.

Her husband Nick, with a background in mining, did all the earthworks on the property too.

Each light fitting was handmade, adding to the estate's bespoke appeal.

The property also features a patio area ideal for entertaining, with light fixtures that create an enchanting atmosphere at night.

For the Van Der Merwes, Immanuel Estate was a labour of love.

Their journey to create this masterpiece began years ago, driven by a desire to build a high quality and beautiful new home in Australia 16 years ago.

The owners meticulously sourced every material and custom built their furniture, ensuring each element of the home was of the highest quality and bespoke craftsmanship.

Immanuel Estate has been a sanctuary for the Van Der Merwe family, offering a place to create cherished memories and entertain loved ones.

Mrs Van Der Merwe, an avid cook, artist and interior designer, found inspiration in the estate's beauty, filling the home with warmth and creativity.

As they prepare to pass this extraordinary property to the next owners, the owners look forward to new adventures as they have bought a farm outside Maleny in the upper Conondale and they plan to raise cattle and grow organic vegetables and plant citrus trees.

“When we moved from South Africa we fell in love with this elevated block of land 16 years ago. We have never had a bad day here in all these years, we have just outgrown the home but we know we have created a home that leaves a legacy and will stand the test of time,” said Mrs Van Der Merwe.

“The house is rock solid and blessed. In fact when we left South Africa our pastor blessed seven rocks and we buried them along the fence line.

“The house is a European inspired style that would grow in character, it’s a classic statement house. We just simply cannot run two households so the time has come to see a new family move in and love Immanuel as we have.

“We love animals, and we love nature and I have always wanted a piece of land to paint and be in the bush but we have had such wonderful memories here. The house is just too big for the two of us.”

“I love the patio area and we have done lots of entertaining here.”
