Rochelle Adgo secures an unprecedented 30 properties for auction event
This house at 42 Caribbean St, Keperra sold after its first open home on Saturday for $927,000.
The diverse range of properties, including those catering to first home buyers, downsizers, investors, up-sizers, and individuals relocating from interstate, underscores the universal appeal of Rochelle Adgo's skills.
Ray White Queensland Chief Auctioneer Gavin Croft said no one single agent had ever signed up for that many auctions in one go. “Of course many agents will auction more over the course of a year but not at one event as such. It’s the first in the country. Rochelle is a machine,” he said.
Ms Adgo said she hadn’t stopped over Summer, as there was such strong demand from buyers and sellers.
“This is my annual Super Auction Week, and the third year I have run it. Last year I had 22 for sale, and this year I have 30 properties for sale. I have a good range of properties and have something to suit every buyer and every budget. There was a large number of first home buyers, downsizers, investors, upsizers, and people moving from interstate,” she said.
“There were over 520 groups of buyers through our open homes last Saturday - more than 300 were new to Ray White Mitchelton.
“We have had huge numbers for the first weekend of open homes for 2024.
“The stand out was 42 Caribbean St, Keperra with 63 groups, multiple offers, and the property sold after the first open home for $927,000!”
“We currently have multiple offers on 16 of our properties so far.”
The hot Brisbane auctions will take place over three nights January 22-24 at Tetto Bar Everton Park.
