All these exceptional properties will be up for grabs in one thrilling night at their state-of-the-art auction room in the heart of Mosman on Thursday, August 29. This marks their second major in-room auction event of the year.

Ray White Lower North Shore agent Gemma Simons marketed 18 Inkerman Street, Mosman which was sold for $5.010 million in the Ray White LNS auction room, far exceeding reserve. There were 16 registered bidders, and eight active bidders, competing for the three bedroom original Californian Bungalow, mere metres from the picturesque shores of Middle Harbour.
