Ray White agent named number one in Victoria

After compiling data from agents across Victoria, Ms Yan was crowned number one against the 50 best agents in the state, rising from her number three spot last year.

Ms Yan, who began in real estate in August 2010, has always worked in sales.

REB agent rankings were determined by number of properties sold, the total dollar volume of properties sold and the average sale value from the 2023 calendar year.

Each agent was then ranked comparatively across the three metrics against their peers, with the combined comparative score used to determine the top-ranked Australian agents.

According to REB, Ms Yan’s average sale price was just over $2.68 million, and she listed 231 properties last year, selling 138 of them for a combined value of $370,411,254. Her average days on market were an enviable 24 days.
