Josh Tesolin renews partnership with Ray White
Business owner and active selling principal Josh Tesolin has renewed his commitment with the country’s number one network, the Ray White Group.
“I didn't shop around and my staff all collectively want to stay with the group as they have the best systems and have been progressively adding value to us.
“We had never done an auction before joining the group and now we are 100 per cent auction. Our business is on track to complete 700-800 auctions this year, I have already done 350 myself. My goal this year was to win the top agent and I am well on track. My next goal is to win the number one office.
“I will always focus on my core business of Ray White Quakers Hill - The Tesolin Group. Our market share is more well over 50 per cent. This office has the potential to be the number one office in the Ray White Group. My staff are so motivated and we are here to stay.”
Josh Tesolin joined Ray White at age 25, on July 1, 2020 as the youngest sole business owner in the residential group and has grown his business from strength to strength ever since.
“I am now 29 and in the prime of my career. My team and I are ambitious and when we joined Ray White four years ago I wanted a partner that shared our ambition to be the best and push the limits of what was possible to achieve and Ray White has not let us down,” he said.
“Ray White has been a big part of our growth. Our agents know that they will be supported by the industry’s best systems and training and that there is a deep service offering from around Australia, New Zealand and locally here in Sydney.”
Ray White Chairman Brian White said Josh Tesolin and his team had played a vital role on the group’s continued trajectory not just in Sydney but across the whole of Australasia.
“It's not only their work ethic that is remarkable but their creativity, imagination and attention to every detail is an inspiration to us all. We offer a springboard to success. I can't wait to see what the future holds for Josh.”
Ray White New South Wales CEO Tim Snell said he was proud of Josh Tesolin’s achievements and humbled by his commitment to the group.
“Josh is an extraordinary real estate agent. He is genuinely one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. His work ethic is phenomenal. No one has achieved the levels of success and results he has and to have her recognise the value the Ray White group brings by recommitting is very humbling,” he said.
“Every lead agent that's joined Josh's business has doubled or even tripled their output and this is the symbol of a great leader. Josh has shown all of us that we are capable of more, he’s lifted our group. We’re all better for having Josh in Ray White.”
