Jason began his Ray White career in 2012 after a range of senior roles in Renewable Energy, Technology, Telecommunications and Mobility.
Actively working across all the groups operating geographies Jason is responsible for our network facing One System and the successful execution of a range of “Priority 1” improvement programs the group will require in the coming years.
His first and primary focus is protecting our networks data, member adoption of the newly created features released in One System and spending time across the network helping business owners unlock the value and leverage the power of the digital evolution.
With a national team of highly skilled Digital BDEs Jason is now leading a wave of migrations to our One System 2.0. Deploying training programs, learning hubs and product development seminar’s to further educate members about the impact technology can have on their career and client communications.
He is passionate, determined and focused, with an ambition to constantly evolve his leadership skills across the teams he manages. Always contributing to the overall growth and profitability of franchisee’s businesses through focusing on the customer, business planning, staff development and the implementation of systems and processes to track and improve progress.
Jason lives in Brisbane with his wife and daughter and enjoys swimming, golf, scuba diving, camping and extreme sports.
