Next year’s theme is about winning 2024 and with a huge lineup of speakers including top real estate trainer Tom Panos, some of Ray White Quakers Hill - Tesolin Group's top performers and more, it will put you on track to have your best year ever.
Back in January of this year, the One Conference attracted more than 300 industry professionals with speakers ranging from superstar Ray White Quakers Hill - Tesolin Group Principal Josh Tesolin to top Perth principal Vivien Yap of Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont, and a range of leading property specialists from across the country.
And this year is shaping up to be even better. Queensland based organisers, Ray White AKG CEO Avi Khan and Ray White Catanzariti Family Group director Peter Catanzariti built the One Conference from the ground up after working together over the years to help drive their business goals and give their agents the resources to thrive.
“We have a simple philosophy, if you win January then you win the rest of the year. We want to go into January with momentum and we want to share that with other Ray White agents and the broader industry,” Avi said.
“What better way to do it than on the Gold Coast at the start of the year?”
With the industry becoming more combative than ever, the pair felt by bringing people from across the industry together, they can help bridge that divide.
“It’s about bringing agents and principals from across the wider spectrum of the industry together to elevate collaboration, rather than combative competition,” Avi said.
“We believe as leaders, it’s incumbent upon us to lead from the front and teach our agents that we can work together to become more successful, rather than work against each other in the industry.
“Our industry, over time, has become one of the least trusted in Australia so how can we utilise some of the best performers across different agencies to come together and to not just teach us how to do real estate, but to show us how to do real estate in a way that builds trust with our community?
“Some of our speakers run their own agencies, some run their own networks and also run large teams. We want to inspire people to achieve their goals and become better humans.”
