High performing agents join Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont

Experienced agents and specialists in their respective areas, Candie Italiano and Sarah Bourke are set to take the already highly successful Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont office to the next level. Run by top Perth agent and leading Ray White principal Vivien Yap, the office is on track for another stellar year that is sure to be bolstered by Candie and Sarah.

Candie (pictured at top) joins the office as a market leading agent for Cottesloe and was the winner of the RateMyAgent Agent of the Year award for Cottesloe for the past three years. Candie was also awarded by REIWA as a Grandmaster Agent for the past three years and was fourth in the Top Unassisted Salesperson by Value Sold at the 2023 REIWA awards.

Throughout Candie’s seven year career in real estate, she has established herself as one of the top agents in Cottesloe and Swanbourne. She is thrilled to be joining the Ray White Group, saying the move is a natural progression as she moves into the next stage of her career.

After ten years in the real estate industry, specialising in the North Fremantle and East Fremantle markets, Sarah (pictured above) also felt joining Ray White was the perfect move to allow her to continue growing her career.

Sarah is North Fremantle's highest selling agent and market leader for the suburb, which is her core area. Sarah is also the winner of the RateMyAgent Agent of the Year award for North Fremantle and has been awarded as a REIWA Grandmaster Agent for the past two years.

Sarah joins the office with her personal assistant Chelsea Carter, while Candie has also brought her own personal assistant Alesha Olley to the Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont team.
