Already well established in the area as a born and bred local to Euroa, Shane is passionate about his local community and can usually be seen at the footy on the weekend in the town or helping out his fellow Euroa residents.

After eight years in the navy, then as cabin crew for Qantas, Shane made the decision to come back home to Euroa in 2016, working his way up at the nearby Ray White Seymour office. Shane considers himself a jack of all trades when it comes to real estate but deals primarily with residential and rural lifestyle properties.

With fresh leadership, Shane is excited to usher in a new chapter for the regional Victorian business.

“Throughout my careers in the navy, aviation and real estate, the common thread has been being able to meet new people and help solve problems. Everyday is different and sometimes you can be thrown massive curve balls but I thrive in that environment,” Shane said.

“My team and I really value communication. I think it sets apart the good agents from the great agents. Throughout any campaign, we will constantly be communicating and keeping in touch.”

“We’re there through the whole process and guiding them through.”

Shane said his new role was a natural progression with Australasia’s top real estate group.

“I like the culture of Ray White and I like the values and camaraderie. You have so much support that is just a phone call away with fellow business owners and real estate professionals who have seen it all and been in the same situations as you who can offer advice,” he said.

Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore congratulated Shane on stepping into a leadership role at Ray White Euroa.

“Shane's exceptional leadership, unwavering commitment, and profound industry knowledge positions him as an outstanding asset. I am confident in his ability to elevate Ray White Euroa to new heights,” he said.
