Having spent the past twelve years in a variety of roles within Real Estate, Emma joined the Ray White Family in 2020. Her passion for the industry is present throughout her work, she has a proven track record in Real Estate sales, database management, training, and driving new innovative ideas. Believing that the use of market-leading technology can successfully shape a business, Emma works closely alongside our business owners, administrators and salespeople, focusing on system adoption, education, and enhancing the background processes. Holding a current real estate licence Emma believes this knowledge helps bridge the gap between client-facing roles and the importance of maximizing tools from our advanced tool kit (also known as the One System).
