Courtney’s Ray White career began when she was just 14, joining the Buderim office as a receptionist in 2007. She advanced through roles in property management, office management and sales, before joining her family business at Ray White Maleny in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
Recognised as a “Rising Star” at the Queensland Annual Awards, Courtney piqued the interest of corporate leaders and was appointed to drive innovation, performance management, and customer communication strategies across hundreds of offices in Queensland as a Digital Performance Specialist.
In 2019, Courtney joined Ray White Double Bay to revamp their approach to performance, marketing, and customer experience. The business set new sales records during her eighteen month secondment. She later returned home to Queesland as Chief Performance Officer, focussing on business growth and recruitment across the state.
Currently, as General Manager for Ray White's internally developed Agent Operating System, NurtureCloud, Courtney is leading the rollout across Australia and New Zealand, leveraging the technology to enhance agent efficiency and lead conversion.
