In June, more than 3,500 Ray White members logged into the Canva platform to access hundreds of brand and social media templates, ensuring brand consistency and control while enabling creativity, efficiency and self-service.

Ray White members have long used Canva independently to supercharge their marketing. When Canva introduced an enterprise offering that enables large organisations to consolidate and centralise their marketing efforts, Ray White was one of the first to sign on. Now, Canva Enterprise will be fully inclusive in Ray White’s technology suite, One System.

“Canva gives our members so much more efficiency in doing great social media, property and agent marketing content,” Ray White Head of Marketing Todd Alexander said.

“Instead of trying to start things from scratch, you can go into Canva and all the templates are there. The access to the video and image library is so great that the team can create a whole series of templates in three to four minutes.”

Canva is also in staged integration development with Ray White’s data lake, providing real-time recognition and auction data directly into templates using Canva’s new Connect API. Market snapshots are next on the list of integrations to roll out.

Operating within Ray White’s One System, members simply need a raywhite.com email address to get started via Google SSO. The enterprise offering gives members access to all of Canva’s premium content, including stock photos, illustrations and icons.

The reaction from Ray White members has been enthusiastic.

“Canva is making things so much easier, and the tiles and templates are easy to find and upload, and I now enjoy doing social media.”

As the roll-out to the network continues, the Ray White marketing and digital teams are holding sessions for members on how to make the most of the visual communications platform and its features, as well as providing weekly updates on new templates.
