As General Manager for New South Wales Bridgette is responsible for recruitment, retention, recognition and special projects. Prior to coming across to Ray White she spent the previous eight years working in agency recruitment in the real estate sector. Bridgette is also responsible for identifying and exploring growth opportunities within the state and the recruitment of top performing agents into the network. She is responsible for the New South Wales recognition program as well as the organisation and coordination for any associated events as well as special projects and initiatives.
